Assemblyman Tom Alfano receives first annual Partners in Education award from the Cradle of Aviation Museum

On Friday, June 2, 2006, Assemblyman Tom Alfano received the first annual Partners in Education Award from the Cradle of Aviation Museum’s President, Eric Ricioppo. For the past three years, Assemblyman Tom Alfano has made it possible for the sixth graders in the school districts of Elmont, Franklin Square and Valley Stream to visit the museum and see an IMAX film. This award was presented to Assemblyman Alfano in recognition of his steadfast commitment to provide cultural and educational opportunities for children in the districts he serves so well. The Cradle of Aviation Museum is grateful for his continued support and for his help to achieve our goal to inspire future generations with the “Spirit of Discovery.”
